1. Our Website and Showroom Services

Unique BKB operates a physical kitchen and bath materials showroom serving Bellaire and Greater Houston.

Our showroom may offer products including:

• Cabinets
• Countertops
• Flooring
• Tile and wall materials
• Sinks
• Plumbing fixtures
• Hardware
• Organization products
• Lighting
• Appliances
• Other kitchen and bath materials

Our websites provide information, appointment scheduling, lead questionnaires, promotional information, and access to showroom services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our websites are not e-commerce stores. Products are not purchased through the website, and website content does not constitute a final sales agreement.

Material purchases are completed separately through the showroom and may be subject to an estimate, proposal, invoice, sales agreement, supplier terms, manufacturer warranty, delivery terms, return policy, or other transaction-specific documentation.

2. Materials Showroom—Not a Remodeling Agreement

Submitting a questionnaire, requesting information, or scheduling a showroom appointment does not create a remodeling, construction, installation, design, or professional-services contract.

Unique BKB primarily provides access to kitchen and bath materials and related showroom guidance.

Installer or remodeling referrals may be available, but any installation, construction, architectural, engineering, or remodeling services require a separate written agreement with the applicable provider.

A referral does not guarantee the quality, licensing, availability, pricing, or performance of an independent provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our appointment and inquiry services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not impersonate another person, submit false contact information, or use our forms for employment solicitation, subcontractor solicitation, spam, fraud, or another unrelated purpose.

Our showroom appointment form is intended for customers and design professionals interested in purchasing or evaluating kitchen and bath materials.

4. Appointments

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a specific appointment time.

An appointment is confirmed only after our scheduling system or team sends confirmation.

We may contact you to:

• Confirm or reschedule an appointment
• Request information needed to prepare for your visit
• Provide directions or arrival instructions
• Notify you of a schedule change
• Follow up concerning materials discussed during your visit

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We may cancel or reschedule appointments because of staffing, showroom operations, emergencies, technical errors, or other reasonable circumstances.

5. The 20% Showroom Appointment Offer

When advertised, customers who schedule a qualifying showroom appointment through the designated offer page may receive 20% off qualifying select kitchen and bath materials.

The following conditions apply:

• The offer applies only to materials specifically identified by Unique BKB as eligible.
• The phrase “select materials” means that not every product, brand, category, finish, or special-order item qualifies.
• Booking an appointment unlocks access to the offer but does not make every showroom item eligible.
• The qualifying purchase must be associated with the scheduled showroom appointment.
• Eligibility, pricing, and the discount amount will be confirmed before the applicable purchase is finalized.
• The offer has no cash value.
• The offer is not retroactive and does not apply to previous purchases.
• The offer may not be combined with another promotion unless Unique BKB approves the combination in writing.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the offer does not apply to taxes, delivery, freight, installation, labor, remodeling, professional design documents, permit fees, or other services.
• Product availability, supplier restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, and lead times may apply.
• Scheduling an appointment does not require you to make a purchase.

Additional product-specific exclusions or promotional conditions may be disclosed on the offer page, appointment confirmation, showroom materials, estimate, proposal, or invoice.

If promotional language conflicts with a final written estimate, proposal, invoice, or sales agreement, the transaction-specific written document controls to the extent permitted by law.

6. Complimentary Designer Guidance

A scheduled showroom visit may include complimentary guidance concerning materials, colors, finishes, coordination, and general design direction.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, complimentary showroom guidance:

• Is intended for general informational purposes
• Does not include architectural or engineering services
• Does not include construction documents
• Does not include permit-ready drawings
• Does not include a guarantee concerning installation or final appearance
• Is not a substitute for measurements or field verification by a qualified professional

Detailed drawings, plans, specifications, renderings, project management, or other professional services may require a separate written agreement and fee.

7. Product Information and Availability

We try to present accurate information, but product information may change.

Colors, textures, veining, dimensions, finishes, and other characteristics may appear different on screens or vary naturally between samples and delivered products.

Product descriptions, photographs, samples, pricing, promotions, specifications, lead times, and availability are subject to change.

Website content and showroom samples do not guarantee that a product remains available or that delivered materials will be identical to a digital image or individual sample.

Final product details should be confirmed in the applicable written estimate, proposal, invoice, or sales agreement.

8. Estimates, Purchases, Returns, and Warranties

Website content does not constitute a binding price quote.

Final pricing is established through written showroom documentation. Taxes, delivery, freight, handling, fabrication, installation, special-order charges, and other costs may apply.

Payment requirements, deposits, cancellations, returns, exchanges, restocking fees, special orders, delivery, risk of loss, and warranty terms will be governed by the documentation provided for the applicable purchase.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Unique BKB does not expand a manufacturer warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Text Messages

You may elect to receive text messages from Unique BKB.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling links
• Directions
• Requested product information
• Customer-service communications
• Promotional messages

Transactional or nonmarketing messages may be sent when reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested.

Marketing text messages will be sent only as permitted by law and consistent with the consent you provide.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing materials or receiving showroom services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing a telephone number you are authorized to use and for informing us if your number changes.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes. We may use communications vendors and other service providers to administer the messaging program.

10. Email Communications

By providing an email address, you authorize us to send communications relating to your inquiry, appointment, showroom visit, purchase, or customer-service request.

We may send promotional emails where permitted by law. Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe method.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails may not prevent appointment, purchase, warranty, customer-service, security, or legal communications.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the appointment form to seek employment or subcontracting work
• Send spam, malware, or harmful code

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief when appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas.

20. Severability and Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
